EASIEST FRIED VEEGAN CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

7 wt. oz tofu, frozen and thawed twice
WET INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
DRY INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup corn starch
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp ground coriander

STEP 1

In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients

STEP 2

In a different bowl, mix all the wet ingredients

STEP 3

Dip a piece of tofu into the wet ingredients, then move to the dry ingredients bowl and cover it fully in the floury mixture.

STEP 4

Fry the tofu until crisp and golden on both sides. When ready, place on the plate covered with the paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

STEP 5

SERVE FRESH WITH DIPPING SAUCE
